1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Buzer platform (“Service”), operated at buzer.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

- Payments are settled in USDC on the Base network
- Authentication via passkey (Face ID / Touch ID) through Base Account
- Ad serving via the x402 protocol for transparent, verifiable payments
- Creative moderation to maintain ad quality standards
3. Publisher Obligations
As a publisher using Buzer, you agree to:
- Own or have authorization to place advertisements on the registered domains
- Not generate fraudulent impressions or clicks through bots, click farms, or artificial traffic
- Maintain content that does not violate applicable laws or promote illegal activity
- Implement the Buzer ad script as directed without modification that would alter tracking or reporting
- Add an ads.txt entry for buzer.xyz to authorize ad serving on your domain
- Not place ads on pages containing malware, hate speech, or content that infringes intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate publisher accounts that violate these obligations or engage in invalid traffic (IVT) activity.
4. Advertiser Obligations
As an advertiser using Buzer, you agree to:
- Submit only truthful, non-misleading ad creatives

- Not attempt to manipulate ad delivery, targeting, or reporting systems
5. Payments and Fees
All payments on the Buzer platform are denominated in USD and settled in USDC on the Base blockchain.
- Revenue split: Publishers receive 85% of ad revenue. Buzer retains 15% as a platform fee.
- Settlement: Earnings are settled daily at 2:00 AM UTC. Withdrawals require a minimum balance of $10 USDC.

Violation of these content policies will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any unpaid earnings or remaining campaign budgets.
7. Intellectual Property
The Buzer name, logo, ad-serving technology, and related materials are the property of Buzer. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Advertisers retain ownership of their creative materials. Publishers retain ownership of their website content. By using the Service, you grant Buzer a limited license to display, cache, and serve ad creatives on publisher websites.
8. Fraud Detection and Invalid Traffic
Buzer employs automated fraud detection systems including time-based validation, impression-click correlation, and third-party verification to identify invalid traffic (IVT). We classify traffic as:
- General Invalid Traffic (GIVT): Known bots, data center traffic, and non-human activity
- Sophisticated Invalid Traffic (SIVT): Hijacked sessions, manipulated signals, and coordinated fraud
Revenue from traffic classified as invalid will not be credited. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back payments associated with fraudulent activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Buzer is not liable for:
- Interruptions in ad serving or payment processing
- Loss of revenue due to technical issues, blockchain congestion, or smart contract failures
- Content displayed through third-party advertisements
- Actions taken by third parties using the platform
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid to or by you through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate their use of the Service at any time. Upon termination:
- Publishers may withdraw any remaining earned balance above the $10 minimum
- Advertisers may request a refund of unspent campaign funds
- Active campaigns will be paused and ad serving will stop
- Account data will be retained per our data retention policy and applicable law
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our reasonable discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
